Beth Sheely

Beth joined the faculty in 2016.  Prior to returning to Virginia Tech she was the Head Coach for the University of Mary Washington’s Equestrian Team where her team posted a 7th place finish at the 2008 IHSA National Championships.  She also served as the Assistant to the Director of Riding at Bridgewater College where she both coach collegiately and was the Faculty Advisor for the Equine Minor.  In addition to her teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children hiking, riding and maintaining their small horse farm.
