Growing up: Emily was always around animals, from dogs and cats to horses and goats. She has always wanted to work with animals but didn’t know how many options were available until she started attending Virginia Tech.
Extracurriculars:
- Equine Reproduction Club
- Eventing Club
After Graduation: Emily hopes to enter the equine breeding and training industry. She also hopes to be able to work overseas in Europe, due to some of the countries being the best in the equine industry.
Favorite Part about APSC: “My favorite part about APSC is the hands-on experience you are able to get. There are so many opportunities to explore all the different species and fields.”
